An image from Walter Benjamin's writing is the inspiration for this series, titled The Angel of History. In "Thesis on the Philosophy of History", written shortly before his death, Walter Benjamin describes one of Paul Klee's watercolors: Angelus Novus. The series comprises digital photo collages and a five-minute animated film.
